GURNOOR SINGH
Gurnoor Singh was the son of S.Jatinder Singh, who lives in Bhutanpura Majitha Road, Amritsar. He was 5 years old. Jatinder Singh had two twin children in his house. One of them was Gurnoor Singh. From birth, Gurnoor Singh brain was filled with fluid and his stomach was swollen.
ਗੁਰਨੂਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੂਤਨਪੂਰਾ ਮਜੀਠਾ ਰੋਡ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਬੇਟਾ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ 5 ਸਾਲ ਸੀ।ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਦੋ ਜੋੜੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋ ਇੱਕ ਗੁਰਨੂਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੀ। ਜਨਮ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਗੁਰਨੂਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪੇਟ ਫੁੱਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ।
Gurnoor Singh's father was disabled and his mother was worked as a maid. His family had no means of earning. Gurnoor Singh had been on the bed for the last 5 years. They went to the doctor and brought the medicine but they did not have the money to undergo the operation.
ਗੁਰਨੂਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਅਪਾਹਜ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਘਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਕਮਾਈ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਸਾਧਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਪਿਛਲੇ 5 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰਨੂਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਡ ਤੇ ਸੀ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਖਾ ਕੇ ਦਵਾਈ ਲੈ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਪਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਉਸਦਾ ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ।
At that time, Akaal channel team was helping a needy treatment at Akashdeep Hospital. The canteen staff at the hospital told the Akaal channel team about the condition of Gurnoor's family.The team goes to his house to find out about his and his family condition. The conditions in his house were very poor. Gurnoor was also lying on a bed. For five years he had not eaten anything. He was on milk and water. His stomach was swollen. But the legs were too weak.He could not walk or eat anything.
ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਕਾਲ ਚੈਨਲ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਅਕਾਸ਼ਦੀਪ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਲੋੜਵੰਦ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਜ਼ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੇ ਕੰਟੀਨ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਨੂਰ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਅਕਾਲ ਚੈਨਲ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਟੀਮ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਸਨ। ਗੁਰਨੂਰ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਮੰਜੇ ਤੇ ਲੇਟਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ।ਪੰਜ ਕੁ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਉਸਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਖਾਂਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਕੇਵਲ ਦੁੱਧ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਸਹਾਰੇ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਜੀ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਪੇਟ ਫੁਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਲੱਤਾਂ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਸਨ। ਨਾ ਉਹ ਚੱਲ ਫਿਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਚੀਜ਼ ਫੜ ਕੇ ਖਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਸੀ।
His mother and grandmother used to give him some drinks. In five years he had not taken even one step down. Gurnoor's mother was describing her situation and shedding tears. Talking about the treatment, they told us that we had a little money. We were giving medicine.
ਉਸਦੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਦੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਪਿਲਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਦਮ ਵੀ ਥੱਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਲਾਇਆ। ਗੁਰਨੂਰ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਹਾਲ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਅੱਥਰੂ ਬਹਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਇਲਾਜ਼ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਥੋੜ੍ਹਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਸੀ। ਅਸੀਂ ਦਵਾਈ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਮਰੱਥ ਹਾਂ। ਗੁਰਨੂਰ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਦੀ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਗੁਹਾਰ ਲਗਾਈ।
The team is contacted by the hospital and talking with doctors for the Gurnoor treatment. Given his condition, he is immediately admitted to the hospital. His CT Scans and other necessary tests are performed. After a few days, the doctor checked the test reports and are ready for performing an operation.
ਟੀਮ ਵਲੋਂ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਨੂਰ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਜ਼ ਦੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਚਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸਦਾ ਸੀ.ਟੀ . ਸਕੈਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਬਾਅਦ ਟੈਸਟ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਆਉਣ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
In which the doctor stated that a stunt has to be fitted from his brain to stomach which can prevent filling fluid in the brain. he is operated upon after the approval of the family by the hospital. The operation has done properly. Then after some time, he is sent to the hospital room.
ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੇਟ ਤਕ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਟਟ ਪਾਉਣਾ ਪੈਣਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਕਿ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਵਾਲਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਲੋਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸਦਾ ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਹੀ ਸਲਾਮਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਫਿਰ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੇ ਕਮਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
After a few days, he is sent home when he recovers.The family was also feeling some relief. But there was something more acceptable to the Lord. Gurnoor died a few months after the operation. This happening was a big blow to the family. But whatever happens in God's will cannot be judged.
ਥੋੜੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਠੀਕ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੀ ਕੁਝ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਰਬ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਹੋਰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਸੀ।ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਇੱਕ ਦੋ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਗੁਰਨੂਰ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਇਹ ਜੋ ਭਾਣਾ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੀ ਸੱਟ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਭਾਣੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਵਾਪਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਤੇ ਕਿੰਤੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।
