KARAM SINGH
S. Gurdev Singh lives in village Mamdot district Ferozepur. He was serving in the village gurudwara. His only son was Karam Singh. Karam Singh lived in Dadehar Sahib Tarn Taran in his grandfather's house.
ਸ.ਗੁਰਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਿੰਡ ਮਮਦੋਟ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਇਕਲੌਤਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੀ। ਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਨਕੇ ਦੇਦੇਹਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ।
One day, Karam Singh goes out to visit the Gurudwara and suddenly he got an accident near railway track Tarn Taran. His condition was very critical. One of the people gathered there called from his phone to his father. The father told him to take him to the hospital and people took him to Civil Hospital Tarn Taran. His entire family reached there too. due to more injuries, the hospital did not admit him and said that admit him to Amritsar hospital.
ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰੇ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਘਰੋਂ ਨਿਕਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਫਾਟਕ ਕੋਲ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਐਕਸੀਡੈਂਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਸਨ। ਉੱਥੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਉਸਦੇ ਫੋਨ ਤੋਂ ਉਸਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਫੋਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਿਤਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਲੈ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੀ ਉੱਥੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਸੱਟ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਲੱਗਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਲੈ ਜਾਓ।

ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸਨ ਰਾਇਸ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿਰ ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੱਟ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਣਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖੀ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਪੈਸੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਡਾਕਟਰ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਲ ਚੈਨਲ ਵਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਲੋੜਵੰਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਫੋਨ ਨੰਬਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਫੋਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ। ਟੀਮ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੈਂਟੀਲੇਟਰ ਤੇ ਸੀ। ਟੀਮ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਖਰਚ ਦਾ ਜਿੰਮਾ ਚੁੱਕਦੀ ਹੈ । ਫਿਰ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਦੀ ਸਰਜਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਚਾਰ ਘੰਟੇ ਚੱਲਿਆ। ਕਿਉਕਿ ਉਸਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੂਨ ਵਹਿ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਸੀ। ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਠੀਕ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਹੋਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ।ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਰੱਬ ਅੱਗੇ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰੋ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਲੇ 72 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਸ਼ ਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਬੀ. ਪੀ. ਵੱਧ ਘੱਟ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਦੇ ਦੌਰੇ ਪੈ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ 72 ਘੰਟੇ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਸਮਾਂ ਹੈ।
After 72 hours had passed, he was not conscious and doctors were putting all efforts. But the will of God nobody can change it. He had a brain attack that night and he died.
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 72 ਘੰਟੇ ਬੀਤ ਜਾਣ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਭਾਣਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਪਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ।
