GURLAL SINGH
Gurlal Singh resident of the village Rattoke Tehsil Patti, District Amritsar. The father of three daughters was a labourer working to raise his family which made her family and children happy at home. Then suddenly Gurlal Singh becomes a tumour on his forehead. It causes him pain and he cannot even go to work. When he showed it to the doctor, he had a major illness behind his tumour.
ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਿੰਡ ਰੱਤੋਕੇ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਪੱਟੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦਾ ਵਸੀਕ ਸੀ। ਤਿੰਨ ਧੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਬਾਪ ਦਿਹਾੜੀਦਾਰ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਹੱਥੀਂ ਕਿਰਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚੀਆਂ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਸ਼ ਸਨ । ਫਿਰ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਤੇ ਟੁਮਰ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤਕਲੀਫ਼ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਕੰਮਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਸੀ।ਉਸ ਨੇ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਕੋਲ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਟੁਮਰ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਘਰ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਸੀ।
Doctors told him he had cancer. When the family found out about this, they filled up with grief as the house was at the head of Gurlal's business. He used to take care of his family by labourer worked. But as the disease worsened, his economic conditions also deteriorated. He had no money to cure his illness.
ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਂਸਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਹਾੜ ਟੁੱਟ ਪਿਆ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਘਰ ਦਾ ਗੁਜ਼ਾਰਾ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਕਾਜ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਤੇ ਸੀ ।ਉਹ ਦਿਹਾੜੀ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਜਕੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਵੀ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ਼ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ।
They contacted by the Akaal channel team and his family said about the economic situation of the home and the illness of Gurlal Singh on the phone. The Akaal channel team reached the village Rattoke. After met with family when they met Gurlal Singh until that day, his tumour was more severe. The treatment of Gurlal Singh started without any delay.
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਾਬਤਾ ਅਕਾਲ ਚੈਨਲ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨਾਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫੋਨ ਤੇ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਕਾਲ ਚੈਨਲ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਪਿੰਡ ਰੱਤੋਕੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਜਦੋ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਤੱਕ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਟੁਮਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਸੀ।ਬਿਨਾਂ ਦੇਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ਼ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
The team admitted him to the hospital. Once again doctors did all his tests. Now cancer had taken Gurlal Singh into his grip because the cancer was on the last stage. He was undergoing treatment and all the test reports were yet to come. The doctors took a piece of meat from the tumour area and sent it to the Bombay Rambaxi Lab. His report was also scheduled to arrive a few days later. From which the next treatment of Gurlal Singh's illness was to begin. But suddenly he died in hospital due to increasing his pain.
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਕੈਂਸਰ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਕੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਕਿ ਕੈਂਸਰ ਲਾਸਟ ਸਟੇਜ ਤੇ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ਼ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਜੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਟੈਸਟ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਵੀ ਆਉਣੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਟੁਮਰ ਵਾਲੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਤੋਂ ਮਾਸ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਟੁਕੜਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬੰਬਈ ਰੰਬੈਕਸੀ ਲੈਬ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਟ ਵੀ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਉਣੀ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਅਗਲਾ ਇਲਾਜ਼ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣਾ ਸੀ।ਪਰ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਕਲੀਫ ਵੱਧਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ।
Gurlal Singh had left this world, leaving his family alone. But Akaal Channel was also with his family in this sad moment. The Akaal channel also arranged the Akhand Path and langar for Gurlal Singh. After the end of Shri Akhand Path Sahib, Akaal channel wished his children for a happy future and also Akaal Channel's management decided that one lakh rupees (the total amount of three lakhs) should be given to Gurlal Singh's three children as an F.D in the bank.
ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਵੇ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਇਸ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਅਕਾਲ ਚੈਨਲ ਇਸ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਘੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੀ।ਅਕਾਲ ਚੈਨਲ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਅਖੰਡ ਪਾਠ ਅਤੇ ਲੰਗਰ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਦ ਕੀਤਾ।ਅਕਾਲ ਚੈਨਲ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੱਚੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਖੰਡ ਪਾਠ ਦੇ ਭੋਗ ਤੋਂ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਅਕਾਲ ਚੈਨਲ ਦੀ ਮੈਨਜਮੈਂਟ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿੰਨੋ ਬੱਚੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੇ ਇੱਕ-ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ (ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਕੁਲ ਰਕਮ ਤਿੰਨ ਲੱਖ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ) ਦੀ ਐਫ. ਡੀ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
Then the team from the Akaal channel arrives at the bank and talks about opening an account for the three children. But face a problem in opening an account of little daughter because she was less than a year old. But when the bank staff finds out about the Akal channel's efforts, they leave the necessary routine and talk to the team and ask for some important paperwork from the family. Within four days, the account of the children is opened and the channel has deposited one lakh rupees as F.D for each child.
ਫਿਰ ਅਕਾਲ ਚੈਨਲ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਬੈਂਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਬੱਚੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਕਾਊਂਟ ਖੁਲਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਛੋਟੀ ਬੱਚੀ ਦਾ ਅਕਾਊਂਟ ਖੋਲਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਜਦੋ ਬੈਂਕ ਸਟਾਫ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਲ ਚੈਨਲ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਰੁਝੇਵੇਂ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਟੀਮ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਕਾਗਜ ਪੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਚਾਰ ਕੁ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਚੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਕਾਊਂਟ ਖੁਲ੍ਹ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਬੱਚੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਇੱਕ- ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਦੀ ਐਫ.ਡੀ. ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ।
